Every educator undergoes a double identify verification, combing photo ID, face matching, and their working with children clearance details. Their qualifications and certificates are automatically vetted against government databases, to prevent fraud. This ensures only compliant educators can move into our screening process before they can be booked in our app.
Simply pick the location, date, time, cover type and any qualification restrictions to send out an open shift for eligible educators to accept. Or you can discover available educators near you or select a favourite to book directly—all within the app.
QuickCare is free to setup with no monthly fees. For on-demand staffing, we charge an hourly rate when you use educators from our network, when you bring your own (BYO) educators we charge a low fee per shift filled.
